Q. How soon will I receive my order?

A. If ordered before 2pm, your items will be despatched the same day Monday to Friday.  We occasionally are also able to despatch on Saturdays during busy periods, so if this is necessary please email or call us to confirm we are able to assist.  Please allow 1 to 2 days to receive your order by 1st class post, or the next working day if by Special Delivery (for which the charge is just £5).  This information applies to UK orders only.

Q. Why has my Special Delivery order not arrived?

A. Royal Mail guarantee Special Deliveries to arrive the next working day before 1pm.  We offer the Special Delivery service on Monday to Fridays only, with Friday's despatch arriving on Monday before 1pm.  All Special Deliveries are given priority which means they will take priority over 1st class post.  This information applies to UK orders only.

Q. Can I exchange to a different size of VIP Handbag Organiser if I order the wrong one?

A. Yes, simply email us first and we will confirm instructions on how to exchange. 
We normally ask you to return the original and on receipt we send you the smaller/larger size. with a small extra charge.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A. We only sell the detachable bra straps on a wholesale basis.
