Terms and Postage

UK: Postage options: Currently Free UK Postage (1st class) for all orders.

Orders are usually despatched same day if ordered before 2pm (except Saturday despatches where the cut-off time is 9am).  You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been posted.

We are able to offer Next Day Delivery at a cost of £6.95 (this option is available for same day posting if ordered before 1pm - this applies to purchases from Monday to Friday inclusive, purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday, except when a Bank Holiday occurs where it will be sent on the Tuesday).

All prices are given in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the rate of 17.5 percent.  A receipt will show the amount of VAT you have paid and our VAT registration number.

International orders will incur an extra delivery charge which we will advise by email and send you a Paypal invoice for the extra delivery charge (For example for 1 VIP - EU £7.95, elsewhere £9.95).

Ordering on our website: We use a secure method of receiving payments by Credit Card or Switch.  Click on Checkout.  You are then automatically shown the Paypal and Google Checkout page when purchasing your items.  Google Checkout is simple and straightforward and very safe.  Paypal enables you to enter your details without registering.

Ordering by Phone (Paypal or cheque): Please call 01565 631186 and one of our assistants will answer your call, alternatively call 07974 778091. 

Please send details of item required and your address along with a cheque made payable to Flydragonfly, and post to 15 Carrwood, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 8NB.

International and Europe: Please email us with details of your order or pay by Paypal and await an invoice for extra shipping charge, emailed to you via Paypal.  Sorry, but we cannot accept International payments via Google Checkout.

Terms and Conditions

All items to the UK are sent by 1st Class post/recorded 1st class post, usually within 1 day of purchase.  Next day delivery option is available at a cost of £6.95.

If there is likely to be a significant delay on posting (2 days or more) we will contact you to let you know.  In the very unlikely event your item is not in stock, we can back order for you should you wish.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

We use the secure payment method of Google Checkout and Paypal.  All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any website.

Guarantee

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if not, we will accept returns of goods according to our returns policy.  Please remember to give your name and address with the returned package and the reason for your return.  The goods must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.  We will then refund the value of the goods (not including postage costs).  We advise all customers to email us at flydragonflyuk@gmail.com in advance of returning goods.  Please send to Flydragonfly, 15 Carrwood, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 8NB.

Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if found to be unsuitable or to have any defect.  In both instances the item/s should be returned in unused condition and in all original packaging with receipt enclosed, and an email sent to Flydragonfly first.  Postage at buyers expense (Recorded postal service recommended).  If an item is deemed to be unsuitable/not required, then Flydragonfly reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of £2 per item.  Due to personal hygiene reasons, refunds on bra straps will not be given unless item is faulty/broken in transit.  Thank you for your understanding.

All personal data is protected and will not be passed to any third party.

Use of Images:  If you wish to use images from this website please check with Flydragonfly that the image may be used for your intention.  Images used without the prior use of Flydragonfly may be charged for.
