Orders and Postage

UK: Postage options: CURRENTLY FREE UK POSTAGE (1st class), or Next Day Delivery at a cost of £5.95.

You may choose from either 1ST CLASS POST (only £1.50 for your total order).  Or, choose Next Day Delivery (at a cost of £5.95).  Should you forget to choose Next Day Delivery, don't worry - simply email or phone us and we will email you an invoice for the extra £4.45.  All prices are given in British Pounds (GBP). 

Ordering on our website: We use a secure method of receiving payments by Credit Card or Switch.  You are automatically shown the Google Checkout page when purchasing your items.  To order with Google click here.  Google Checkout is simple and straightforward and very safe.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SHIPPING DELIVERY EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS, PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONE OR EMAIL. 

Ordering by Phone (Paypal or cheque): Please call 01565 631186 and one of our assistants wil answer your call, alternatively call 07974 778091. 

Ordering by Post: Please send item required and your address along with a cheque made payable to Flydragonfly, and post to 15 Carrwood, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 8NB.

International: Please email us with details of your order.  An invoice will then be emailed to you via Paypal.  Sorry, but we cannot accept International payments via Google Checkout.

Terms and Conditions

All items to the UK are usually sent by 1st Class post/recorded 1st class post within 1 day of purchase.  Next day delivery option is available at a cost of £5.95.

If there is likely to be a significant delay on posting we will contact you to let you know.  In the very unlikely event your item is not in stock, we can back order for you should you wish.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

We use the secure payment method of Google Checkout.  All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any website.

Guarantee

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if not, we will accept returns of goods according to our returns policy.  Please remember to give your name and address with the returned package and the reason for your return.  The goods must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.  We will then refund the value of the goods (not including postage costs).  We advise all customers to email us at flydragonflyuk@gmail.com in advance of returning goods.  Please send to Flydragonfly, 15 Carrwood, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 8NB.

Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if found to be unsuitable or to have any defect.  In both instances the item/s should be returned in unused condition and in all original packaging with receipt enclosed, and an email sent to Flydragonfly first.  Postage at buyers expense (Recorded postal service recommended). 

All personal data is protected and will not be passed to any third party.
