Q. Christmas returns.  Please tell me your policy.

A. Normally our return policy is 15 days.  However purchases made in November and December are able to be returned and received by us no later than 5 January 2021.

Q. How soon will I receive my order?

A. If ordered before 4pm, your items will be dispatched the same day Monday, Wednesday or Friday.  Occasionally we display the next available dispatch day at the top of our website.  This is due to occasional staff shortages for holidays, stock-takes or courses to further our development.  We frequently dispatch on Saturdays during busy periods in November and December, and if this is necessary at other busy times of the year - please email or call us to confirm we are able to assist.  Please allow 1 to 2 days to receive your order by either Next Working Day Delivery or 1st class post.  Next Working Day trackable orders by UK Mail are dispatched Monday to Fridays, and are delivered to you on a working day only.   This information applies to UK orders only.  Orders dispatched to the EU or Worldwide are sent by Airsure Tracked service wherever possible.

Q. Why has my Next Working Day Delivery order not arrived?

A. We use Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD or UPS for the majority of our post and 99% arrive the next working day, anytime between 7am-7pm but if you have given us your mobile number you may be able to receive a 1 hour delivery slot by text message.   You will be informed of the tracking number if you have chosen this service.  We offer the Next Working Day Delivery service on Monday to Fridays only, with Friday's despatch arriving on Monday pm.  All Special Deliveries are given priority which means they will take priority over 1st class post.  This information applies to UK orders only.  A large order may be dispatched by a different courier if this is more appropriate, in which case we will inform you as such.

Q. I have ordered the wrong size Little Book of Earrings / Little Book of Rings and I want to exchange to the smaller version please.  Can I do this?

A. Yes.  Please email us first and then send it back with all packaging and the invoice stating with your requirements.  On receipt of your book we will send you the smaller size.  Swapping a large to a small book will incur a £3.95 postage charge if the new item is less than £20.  Our email address is flydragonflyuk@gmail.com.  The return address is Flydragonfly, 3 Wrayton Lodge, Whitehall Road, Sale, M33 3WJ.  

Q. Can I exchange to a different size of VIP Handbag Organiser if I order the wrong one?

A. Yes, simply email us first and we will confirm instructions on how to exchange.   We normally ask you to return the original and on receipt we send you the smaller/larger size. with a small extra charge for postage.  Our email address is flydragonflyuk@gmail.com.  The return address is Flydragonfly, 3 Wrayton Lodge, Whitehall Road, Sale, M33 3WJ.
